Everything was perfect, loved our fairly nice stay. We were greeted by affable, accommodating staff. The fact that Abando tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

We had a memorable stay at this incredible hotel. Staff was willing to help and breakfast was savoury! The room was light and absolutely gorgeous, bed was cozy. Everything was brand-new as expected, yet the bathroom was quite small. Enjoyed the amazing restaurant.

Very mediocre venue, even so there were great location and staff. Luxurious bathroom, really nice bed, lovely bedroom. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. Besides, the area was perfect, next to Campos Eliseos Theatre.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Helpful service, nicely decorated room and wonderful breakfast. Hotel was spotless. Late check-out too. We dined at a trendy nearby restaurant with local dishes.

The rooms are big and the bed is good. It's based in the centre of the city. In the evening we visited La Tagliatella, set very close to the hotel.

Our stay here was GOOD, excellant place for exploring Bilbao. 10 mins walk to the centre. The hotel is definitely recommended to family.

Casco viejo could be reached without difficulty as it's 1 km away. You can eat at Bocadero, which is set 200 metres away from the property. Awesome hotel not far from Bilbao airport. We do recommend once again.

Marvelous location, decent rates. The area contains some restaurants like El Globo within 10 minutes' walk. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly: )
